Training and development

Training and professional development opportunities in the Victorian workers compensation system range from induction programs for new starters, through to postgraduate study in personal injury management at Graduate Certificate, Graduate Diploma and Masters levels.

The training may be facilitated by WorkSafe, the WorkSafe Agent or WorkSafe’s corporate training partner DeakinPrime.

Induction: When you start work at a WorkSafe Agent you will receive a role based induction training program. This may involve class based training, eLearning and coaching sessions.

WorkSafe Training: WorkSafe delivers role based training to Agent employees once they have completed their employer induction program.
