Problem: Javascript not found
Solution:
Enable javascript and refresh the page:
-
Within Internet Explorer, open the Tools menu and select Internet Options

-
Select the Security tab, select the zone you are in and click Custom Level...

-
Not sure what zone you're in? Look at the bottom right corner of Internet
Explorer

-
Scroll down to "Active Scripting" and change the setting as you see fit:

-
Click OK and you should get a warning:

Click Yes and then OK to close the internet options.
-
Click refresh or press F5 and you should not receive the Javascript not enabled
error.
Problem: Navigation buttons do not work and/or a page with yellow exclamation
is displayed in status bar
Cause:
This is caused by a setting within Internet Explorer regarding script errors.
Error messages can be suppressed so they are not always displayed. You can
double click the yellow exclamation mark in the bottom left corner of the
status bar to view the error details.
Solution:
Enable the display of every script error message:
-
Within Internet Explorer, open the Tools menu and select Internet Options

-
Select the Advanced tab, make sure the "Display a notification about every
script error" is checked and click OK

-
Click refresh or press F5 and you should now receive a message about every
error. Please see the other errors for a solution.
