Superannuation Entitlements
If you are receiving salary compensation because of a work-related injury, you may be eligible for the superannuation entitlement. If you are eligible, the superannuation contribution will be paid on top of your weekly payment.
Your WorkSafe Agent will let you know if you are eligible for this entitlement. Your WorkSafe Agent will also organise for it to be paid into your superannuation fund.
