Supported internet browsers

These internet browsers have been tested with Online employer services, using default settings. Other programs and versions may also work correctly.

  4. Apple Safari, version 9.0

To access Online Employer Services, your internet browsers must have the following features enabled:

1. JavaScript enabled

If JavaScript is not detected, an error will be displayed:

Enable JavaScript in your internet browser and restart your browser. Refer to your internet browser's help for instructions on how to do this.

Upgrading your browser or installing new security software or security patches may affect your JavaScript settings. It is a good idea to check that JavaScript is still enabled if you notice any display problems.

2. Cookies enabled

To access Online Employer Services you will need to have cookies (including third-party cookies) enabled in your browser. If cookies are not detected, an error will be displayed:

Supported Adobe PDF file readers

Online Employer Services allows you to access documents in Portable Document Format (PDF) file format, and a reader program is required to view these files. These Adobe PDF file readers have been tested with Online Employer Services. Other programs and versions may also work correctly.

  • Adobe Reader, versions 11.0

Supported spreadsheet programs

Online Employer Services provides some documents in Microsoft Excel file format. Other programs and versions may also work correctly.

  • Microsoft Office Excel, versions 2003, 2007 & 2010

Note: Only the Microsoft Office Excel 97/2003 file format (.XLS) is supported. When using Microsoft Office Excel versions 2007 and above, you should ensure your spreadsheet is saved in this file format.
