Supported Adobe PDF file readers
Online Employer Services allows you to access documents in Portable Document Format (PDF) file format, and a reader program is required to view these files. These Adobe PDF file readers have been tested with Online Employer Services. Other programs and versions may also work correctly.

Supported spreadsheet programs
Online Employer Services provides some documents in Microsoft Excel file format. Other programs and versions may also work correctly.
- Microsoft Office Excel, versions 2003, 2007 & 2010
Note: Only the Microsoft Office Excel 97/2003 file format (.XLS) is supported. When using Microsoft Office Excel versions 2007 and above, you should ensure your spreadsheet is saved in this file format.
