Online Employer Services



 Online Employer Services allows you to manage your WorkCover insurance. Services include:

  • Certify and estimate your rateable remuneration - for an explanation of what is rateable see Determining your remuneration
  • Postal address changes
  • Workplace address changes
  • Add a workplace
  • Cease a workplace
  • Contact detail changes
  • View WorkCover insurance premium related correspondence
  • Notify your agent of other changes to your insurance such as ceasing to employ

Logging in

All employers with existing WorkCover insurance have access to Online Employer Services.

If you have used Online Employer Services before, your existing username and password will provide you access.

If you have forgotten your password:

If you have not used Online Employer Services before, your username and password can be obtained from:

  • Previous correspondence sent to you, such as the Insurance Renewal package, issued at the beginning of each financial year, or
  • Contact your WorkCover agent by phone

The data we collect from your business is confidential. In line with our privacy policy, when logging in for the first time, you will need to:

  • Review and accept the terms and conditions
  • Change your password
  • Set a security question
