About this publication
"Information for employees on health and safety - consultation, representation and resolving health and safety issues" is a six page publication for employees, independent contractors and their employers which is based on the requirements of the Victorian Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004. The Act came into effect on 1 July 2005. Like the previous 1985 Act, it has the clear objective of preventing illness and injury at work and saving lives.
