How should I reconcile a WorkSafe payment that has been made into my bank account?

You will be mailed a remittance advice that will itemise details of the payment made to you.  The remittance advice should be received within a couple of days of the payments being deposited in your bank account.  To discuss individual payments please call your Agent.

Will the direct entry payment cycle be different from the cheque payment cycle?

No. The two payment cycles will be the same.  However, you should receive your direct entry payments quicker as they will be deposited directly into your bank account rather than a cheque being sent by mail each week.

Will direct entry payments be made at the employer level or at the workplace level?

Direct entry will continue to be paid as previously arranged, ie., if your arrangements were previously for payments to be made at the employer level, this will continue.  The only change will be that the payments will be put directly into your nominated bank account rather than a cheque being mailed to you.
