How to comply

The law requires you to obtain a licence from WorkSafe before undertaking certain workplace activities.

Before applying for a licence, you should contact the WorkSafe Advisory Service on 1800 136 089 to find out which licence(s) you need to perform your work and what requirements you must meet to be eligible for a licence.

Licence application, registration and notification forms can be downloaded through the types of licences page or ordered from the WorkSafe Advisory Service.
