How we can help
If you think you have experienced bullying, we have some actions you can take.
When you contact us, we’ll ask for more information so we can provide you with the right advice. A starting point will be to ask you some detailed questions about the situation, what has occurred and what outcome you’re seeking. If a complaint is lodged, you need to be contactable and prepared to talk about your situation. Our capacity to respond to your matter may be limited if you wish to remain anonymous. Read about how we deal with a bullying allegation.
If you are distressed and feel unable to discuss your matter with us at the moment, we encourage you to speak to your doctor. For immediate emotional support, call Lifeline on 13 11 14.
We also have advice for employers and managers to help with workplace bullying.
