Online employer services allows you to manage your WorkSafe insurance policy. Services include:
- Declare rateable remuneration
- Postal address changes
- Workplace address changes
- Add a workplace
- Cease a workplace
- Contact detail changes
- View policy related correspondence
- Notify your agent of other policy changes such as ceasing to employ
Logging in
All employers with an existing WorkSafe insurance policy have access to Online employer services.
If you have used Online employer services before, your existing username and password will provide you access.
If you have forgotten your password:
- Use the Forgotten Password link on the Online employer services login page, or
- Contact your WorkSafe agent by phone
If you have not used Online employer services before, your username and password can be obtained from:
- Previous correspondence sent to you, such as the Declaration of Rateable Remuneration package, issued at the end of each financial year, or
- Contact your WorkSafe agent by phone
The data we collect from your business is confidential. In line with our privacy policy, when logging in for the first time, you will need to:
- Review and accept the terms and conditions
- Change your password
- Set a security question
