What's New at WorkSafe
Workplace safety: Get on to it, before we do.
Publication Date: 31 October 2011
A week after Victorian workplaces were confirmed as Australia’s safest, WorkSafe has launched a campaign urging safety improvements before an inspector visits.
Workers should be aware of serious health risks says WorkSafe
Our confronting new campaign shows what could happen if Victorians aren’t aware of serious health risks. We urge all employers to sign up for free WorkHealth checks and help keep their workers healthy and happy.
WorkSafe Awards
Businesses or workers who are making a difference to safety, health and wellbeing and return to work in their workplace are being given the opportunity to be recognised more than ever before. Our annual WorkSafe Awards have been expanded and improved this year, introducing quick and easy online entry, broader categories and a public voting system that will help highlight Victoria’s greatest success stories.
