Belinda Neil is a former detective, homicide investigator and hostage negotiator, and the author of the best-selling book, Under Siege. She will speak of her extraordinary and traumatic life on the frontline and the profound impact it has had on her mental health.

Belinda will link her experiences to the challenges facing all organisations and their leaders – how to prevent and deal with mental health injuries in the workplace.

Belinda will provide practical tips on how leaders can tackle factors such as stress, anxiety and bullying at work, how they can identify workers who are struggling and how they can foster a positive workplace culture.
