Event details

With workers' wellbeing and mental health continuously being tested, it's important leaders stop and reflect on their responsibilities in ensuring the safest possible working environment . Creating Psychological Safety, where each and every team member feels cared for and able to speak up, is critical to not only knowing how they are feeling but also what can be done to support them. Phil Allison from Corporate Edge has devoted the last 22 years helping organisations create People First Cultures, where the baseline understanding is that we are all human first. Starting from there, we can create the structures, processes and interactions necessary to engage and care for our teams.
