Event details

With many Victorians in small business focused on trying to get their businesses through the pandemic as well as looking after their staff and family, it’s unlikely they’ve prioritised their own mental health. Commissioner Judy O’Connell will walk you through her team’s new resource developed in consultation with Beyond Blue – a small business owner’s guide to creating a mental health plan in response to coronavirus.

Judy will share tips to help you:

  • identify your business and personal stressors that might come up at this time
  • recognise changes in yourself that signal you might need extra support
  • plan practical actions you can take in response
