Colin Radford - Chief Executive Officer, WorkSafe Victoria
Colin Radford was appointed Chief Executive Officer of WorkSafe Victoria in November 2019. WorkSafe is Victoria’s occupational health and safety regulator and workplace injury insurer.
In a 30 year career working in and with the Victorian Public sector, Colin has held many senior roles including most recently, as CEO of the Victorian Management Insurance Authority, where he oversaw a major cultural and strategic transformation. He has previously served as an executive at WorkSafe and the Transport Accident Commission, has held senior roles in Ministerial offices, advising three Victorian Premiers and as Chief of Staff to a Cabinet Minister.
He spent seven years as a Partner at Deloitte, where he led the Victorian Government practice and was the National Public Sector Leader for Financial Advisory Services.
A Graduate of Columbia Business School (New York) and the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Colin is also a Fellow of the Institute of Public Administration and the Williamson Community Leadership Program. In 2019, Colin was recognised as Australia’s CEO Diversity Champion, by the Australian Human Resources Institute.
Mike Hagan - General Manager of Human Resources, Robert Bosch Oceania
Mike Hagan is the General Manager of Human Resources at Robert Bosch Oceania. He is a highly experienced, motivated and versatile HR and HSE senior executive with 16 years' operational and strategic experience in both the private and public sector. Mike thrives on being able to work in an environment where the approach and thinking need to be challenged to ensure positive and sustainable solutions. He has developed integrated risk and management systems based on consultation, empowerment and cooperation. As a firm advocate of the principal that 'all of us are smarter than any one of us' he has maintained his career and a personal commitment to ensuring ‘zero physical or psychological harm’ for all.

Henry Connor - Senior Process Safety Analyst, WorkSafe Victoria
Henry Connor is a Senior Process Safety Analyst within the Regulated Industries division of WorkSafe Victoria.
A chartered chemical engineer, Henry worked at a number of major hazard facilities on the east coast of Australia before joining WorkSafe in 2016. Henry was one of two elected HSRs for what is now the Regulated Industries division from 2017 – 2020, sitting on the corporate and business HSE committees for WorkSafe. In this capacity, Henry was passionate about ensuring that HSE policy and procedures reflected how work was actually completed by front line staff and fit for purpose for their needs, as well as ensuring that safety concerns from members of the DWG were raised and followed up as appropriate.
Henry will share how working collaboratively with HSRs can be strong preventative approach to workplace health and safety.
