Lucas Kowalski - Return to Work Manager, WorkSafe Victoria

Lucas Kowalski joined WorkSafe in July 2018 after 10 years in various roles across Claims Management, RTW and Customer Service. Lucas delivered a number of programs of work whilst at an Agent with a focus on early, safe and sustainable RTW outcomes supported by a high level of customer service for injured workers and employers. At WorkSafe Lucas collaborates closely with the occupational rehabilitation provider panel and Agents on recovery and return to work support services for injured workers and employers.

Daniel Zeina - Group State Manager, Rehab Management

Daniel Zeina is the Group State Manager for VIC and SA at Rehab Management. He is an accredited Exercise Physiologist and has over 8 years' experience in workplace rehabilitation service delivery across a range of frameworks including VIC, NSW and SA Workers compensation, TAC/CTP, Comcare, DVA, ADF and Life Insurance.  Daniel currently oversees an operation of 70 team members managing approximately 2000 cases with physical and/or mental health injuries. He is a subject matter expert in medico legal assessments, he designs, implements and manages the operation of Health and Wellbeing services with several company partners across the nation. He is Head of Medical Department at a National Premier League Football club.

He is also an occasional presenter at Victoria University in Occupational Rehabilitation as part of the Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology course.
