Event details

Manual handling occurs in almost everything we do at work but sometimes manual handling can be hazardous. The provision of training for workers is an important part of protecting them from harm but it should never be used as the only control measure. This panel session will focus on what should be included in hazardous manual handling training and what is least effective in reducing the risk of injury in workplaces.
