Dangerous Goods Licence Conditions
WorkSafe Victoria may impose conditions, limitations and restrictions on licences as are prescribed in Regulations made under the Dangerous Goods Act 1985 (DG Act) or as WorkSafe deems appropriate to ensure the safety of persons or property or to ensure compliance with the DG Act.
From 09 April 2010 conditions, limitations and restrictions imposed on dangerous goods licences can be identified by a code on the licence card as set out in the table below.
The following abbreviations are used in the table:
