What it contains

This document outlines the steps people can take to make a complaint to WorkSafe. This includes services provided by:

  • a WorkSafe health and safety inspector
  • any other WorkSafe employee
  • someone acting on our behalf, including a WorkSafe agent, independent medical examiner, occupational rehabilitation provider, or a high risk work licence assessor

The steps included in the form are:

  • collecting as much information as possible
  • considering asking your WorkSafe agent or employer to resolve your issue
  • contacting WorkSafe by phone, email and mail

At the end of the document, there is a blank form to provide feedback to WorkSafe.
