Memorandum of Understanding: Country Fire Authority and Metropolitan Fire and Emergency Services Board

What it contains

This Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) sets out the agreed understanding between the parties as a voluntary statement of intent and contains the serious commitment of the parties at the time this MoU is signed and for the duration of this MoU. This MoU is not intended to create legally enforceable obligations between the parties.

The parties

• Victorian WorkCover Authority (WorkSafe Victoria),
• Country Fire Authority (CFA), and
• Metropolitan Fire and Emergency Services Board (MFB).
