You can get ewes and lambs that weigh 80 to 90 kilos, so that's a fair bit of weight coming towards you with a bit of strength, can knock you over.

We've had times of shearing where the shearers have

actually identified and told us that our ewes are too heavy.

So we're trying to learn from that and now trying to look to buy stock that are a bit lighter, lighter framed and not so heavy. So that it is

easier on staff and shearers. Shearers are very hard to come by
