Report health and safety incidents

Depending on the incident, there are a number of other important actions you may need to take, including notifying WorkSafe and preserving the scene if possible and if safe to do so.

Past incident notifications can be viewed in myWorkSafe.

To view these, you will require:

  • a myWorkSafe account
  • a Notification Administrator role for the business you’re representing.

A Notification Administrator role must be assigned by an authorised representative who holds a myWorkSafe Manager role for this business.
