Code of Claimants’ Rights
The Minister for WorkSafe and the TAC has made the Code of Claimants’ Rights under the Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2013. It will commence on 1 February 2027. The Code helps claimants understand their rights, who has obligations and how to raise a concern or make a complaint.

Claims manual for WorkSafe agents
The claims manual is used by WorkSafe staff and WorkSafe agents who manage WorkCover claims. It includes information about the WorkCover scheme, claims management, weekly payments, medical and like services, return to work and recovery, specialised payments and dispute resolution.
