This webinar will showcase the findings from the Systems Thinking Analysis and Recommendations (STAR) project which focused on prevention of manual handling and mental injury in Victorian public hospitals.

The webinar will unpack the method and benefits of undertaking a STAR analysis and introduce the key features of STAR: systems thinking, collaboration, prevention and regulatory excellence.

It will walk participants through the fundamentals of systems thinking and how they help us to understand and improve safety performance in complex systems composed of human, technical and social elements.
