This practical session is designed for small and medium businesses to better understand their occupational health and safety obligations and what they can do to prevent and mitigate psychological harm at work.
Through real-world examples and practical case studies, participants will learn what psychological health and safety is, what it isn't, and how psychosocial hazards can be identified and managed using a risk management approach.
Participants will leave with a clearer understanding of their obligations, common psychosocial hazards to look out for, and practical actions they can take to create healthier and safer workplaces.
