Amanda has extensive experience managing government-funded programs, including the National Relay Service, which supports people who are deaf, hard of hearing, or have a speech impairment, and the Life! Program, which helps reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes.

In her current role, Amanda is passionate about improving health and safety outcomes for small businesses. She particularly enjoys exploring effective ways to share information, provide practical support, and help small business owners create safer workplaces.
