The Workers Compensation Independent Review Service (WCIRS)

WCIRS is a free, impartial service that reviews certain disputed decisions made by or on behalf of WorkSafe, when a worker believes a decision isn't right and conciliation hasn't resolved it.

Workplace Injury Commission (WIC)  

An independent service using principles of alternative dispute resolution to resolve workers compensation disputes in Victoria.

Law Institute of Victoria (LIV)  

A non-profit organisation dedicated to development, maintenance and the sustenance of the law.

Union Assist (UA)  

Providing injured union workers with quality information and support services.

WorkCover Assist  

A free service that can help you with your WorkCover dispute as it progresses through conciliation.

County Court of Victoria
