Peter found the program gave them confidence they were doing everything they could to keep their team safe and helped diversify the business.

‘You’re getting advice and you’re getting support and it steers you in the right direction,’ Peter said. ‘There are some things you just don’t know, or don’t see, or you’re not aware of’.

Paul Livingstone, an OHS Essentials consultant, helped the Lamberts and highlights the program is available to all Victorian farmers.

‘The benefits for farmers are less injuries, less downtime and greater efficiency in generating their product,’ Paul said.
