We will engage with stakeholders to update the OHS Regulations. WorkSafe notes the importance of a broad range of perspectives and stakeholder engagement will include a wide spectrum of business structures and sizes.

The opportunity to provide feedback before the OHS Regulations are finalised will be available via public review and comment. At this time, submissions will be accepted through the Engage Victoria website.
