Prosecution Result Summaries and Enforceable Undertakings

WorkSafe is responsible for prosecuting breaches of the Acts and Regulations made under each Act.

WorkSafe publishes summaries of prosecutions that result in a plea of guilty or a finding of guilt against an accused party. Prosecution result summaries from 2012 onwards are available in this directory. Enforceable Undertakings made pursuant to section 16 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 from 2007 onwards are also published to this database.

WorkSafe publishes its prosecution and other enforcement outcomes on its website and in its annual report.
