- People at Work
People at Work is a free and validated Australian psychosocial risk assessment survey. The survey assesses a number of the most common psychosocial hazards and factors.
The survey is a part of a five step process that you can use to identify, assess and control risks to psychological health at work.
People at Work is available for new registrations until June 1, and for surveys until July 1.
Access and more information can be found here: - APHIRM
The APHIRM Toolkit addresses risk from both physical and psychosocial hazards, so targets both musculoskeletal and stress-related mental health problems. It includes free, cloud-based tools and resources to help you manage both risks.
You can access APHIRM and read more information here:
- ADDRESS
ADDRESS is an APS model for responding to psychosocial hazards.
Autonomy, Define, Demands, Recognition, Exposure, Support and Strengths (ADDRESS) represent areas of job design to assist agencies to understand how particular work factors can contribute to psychosocial hazards in the workplace. These factors can include workplace behaviours and interactions or how a job’s role and duties are designed.
You can access the ADDRESS tool and read more information here:
- COPSOQ
The Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire (COPSOQ III) is an internationally validated tool designed to assess psychosocial factors at work. It provides an evidence-informed framework for identifying both risks and protective factors in the work environment.
Developed through international collaboration, COPSOQ III is applied across sectors including health, education, public service, aged care, manufacturing, mining, construction, oil and gas, and knowledge industries.
In Australia, COPSOQ guides evidence-based action that improves psychosocial conditions, strengthens employee wellbeing, and goes beyond compliance with workplace health and safety obligations. Suitable for organisations of any size, it helps identify key risks, set priorities, and take preventive action.
