This Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) sets out the common understanding between the Victorian WorkCover Authority (WorkSafe Victoria) and Earth Resources Regulation unit of the Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions. It contains the commitment of both parties at the time the MoU is signed and for its duration.
