Mental Health Strategy: Second action plan

What it contains

This document sets out deliverables for the Second Action Plan of WorkSafe's Mental Health Strategy 2021 to 2024, including:

• Implementation of a strategic approach to supporting recovery from mental injury
• opportunities to strengthen the occupational health and safety (OHS) regulatory framework in relation to mental health by introducing psychological health regulations
• implementation of the Royal Commission into Victoria's Mental Health System recommendations
• deliver strategic psychosocial hazards education and awareness campaigns targeted to at-risk employee cohorts and industries
• enhance mental health guidance to support employers
• implementation of a strategic approach to gendered violence
• manage WorkWell activities including the reach of the toolkit and projects funded through the mental health improvement fund
• further actions to deliver multifaceted prevention interventions, wellbeing and emerging outcomes
• other outcomes of the monitoring framework
