Ministerial Order – Terms and conditions of approval as a self-insurer

What it contains

The Self-insurer Terms and Conditions of Approval Order 2016 was made to specify the terms and conditions of approval that a self-insurer is subject to for the purposes of Part 8 of the Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2013.

It is made pursuant to subsection 380(3) and in accordance with section 380(4) of the Act. The Order was made by Minister for Finance Robin Scott, MP on 14 April 2016.
