This Order is made under section 134AB(16)(b) of the Accident Compensation Act 1985 and section 335(2)(d) of the Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2013.

What it contains

This Order is made by the Administrator, as the Governor’s deputy, with the advice of the Executive Council under section 134AGA(1) of the Accident Compensation Act 1985 and section 355(1) of the Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2013.

The Order was made by Andrew Robinson, Clerk of the Executive Council on 15 June 2016. The responsible minister is Robin Scott MP, Minister for Finance.
