Designed for RTW coordinators, the program will help you strengthen your skills and confidence in managing more complex return to work situations.

You’ll develop the practical skills and professional judgement required to plan, coordinate and monitor return to work arrangements that support recovery, meet legislative obligations, and align with a worker’s capacity and workplace needs.

• apply a person-centred approach to support recovery and successful return to work outcomes
• identify and offer suitable duties that align with a worker’s capacity and medical restrictions
• interpret and apply information from Certificates of Capacity to guide decision making
• consult and collaborate with the worker and their support team
  support recovery while meeting your RTW obligations
  monitor, review and adjust arrangements as a worker’s capacity evolves
• communicate confidently in situations that require influence, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement.
