High consequence dangerous goods licences
Ammonium nitrate and mixtures or emulsions containing more than 45% ammonium nitrate are considered high consequence dangerous goods.
High risk work licence
A high risk work licence allows you to lawfully work with certain high risk equipment and plant such as forklifts, cranes, hoists, elevating work platforms, scaffolding, rigging and pressure equipment.
Plant and equipment design registration or alteration
Before certain plant can be used in a workplace, the design of the plant must be registered with WorkSafe. The plant requiring registration of design is set out in Schedule 2 of the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations 2017.
