Our graduate program is not currently taking applications.

The application process

Submit your resume online by the due date - to be confirmed for 2021 applications. We will also ask you some additional questions as part of your application.
If you meet our initial eligibility criteria you'll complete an online psychometric assessment.
If you are successful in progressing to this stage we will ask you a selection of questions via video interview. We pre-record the questions so you can answer and submit these at a time that works for you by the due date.
There won't be an option to start the video again so it's important to be prepared and ensure you are in a quiet space without distractions.
If you are successful in progressing to this stage, you’ll attend a half day Assessment Centre where you'll participate in a variety of group activities.
If you are successful in progressing to this stage you'll have an interview with WorkSafe leaders, where you'll be asked behavioural-style questions. We're looking for examples of how you've demonstrated particular behaviour in past situations.
If you are successful to progressing to this stage we will ask you to complete a background check, that includes a police check, and provide us with the details of two referees we can speak to.
If you're successful, you'll receive a verbal and written offer for a place in our graduate program.
