Class type amendments

To change the class type associated with your asbestos removal licence, either apply for a new licence or apply to amend your existing licence.

When you apply to amend a licence, the online form uses your current licence information. This means you may need to supply less supporting documents than for a new application.

Amending your licence will not change your current licence expiry date. For example, if your current licence is due to expire in six months, the new class type licence will also expire in six months.

Amending from a Class B or Class B specific licence to a Class A licence will incur a Class A licence fee. All other amendments are free.
