The process for paying compensation entitlements to workers living overseas has changed. Payments will now align with those injured workers residing locally.
The change makes the process for paying compensation entitlements to injured workers living overseas consistent with those workers living in Australia, and will reduce the administrative burden on WorkSafe agents and self-insurers.
