Locate the browsers (privacy and security) site settings

  1. Go to 'Settings'
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Advanced'
  3. In the expanded list, locate ''Site Settings" and click it

Locate the cookies permissions setting

  1. The 'Site Settings' screen will appear
  2. Locate the 'Cookies' permissions and click on it

Checking cookies settings

  1. Ensure the 'Block third-party cookies' setting is not selected
  2. The slider should appear grey, with the button to the left of the slider

Locate the browsers advanced settings

  1. Go to 'Internet Options'
  2. Click the 'Privacy' tab
  3. Click the 'Advanced' button

Checking cookies settings

  1. You should see the 'Advanced Privacy Settings' panel appear
  2. Ensure that 'Accept' is selected for cookies

Browser - Firefox

Locate the browsers privacy and security settings

  1. Click on the browsers 'Hamburger' menu
  2. Select 'Options'

Checking cookies settings

  1. The 'Browser Privacy' screen will appear
  2. Ensure 'Standard' permissions are selected
  3. Click 'Manage Exceptions...'
  4. In the next window, this should be empty.  If it isn't empty, ensure that the site you are trying to reach is not listed.
