Kate is responsible for the quality of health and treatment services provided to injured workers under the scheme. Having come from the mental health sector, she is particularly passionate about improving injured worker access to mental health service access.

Nabeel Nizam
Manager, Return to Work, WorkSafe Victoria
Prior to starting at WorkSafe, Nabeel led the WorkCover and injury management program at Ambulance Victoria. Nabeel has also worked as a senior manager in self-insurance and at a WorkSafe Agent, undertaking various leadership roles across claims, service and dispute resolution.
