Large organisations often have established health and safety systems, governance frameworks and people management processes however translating these systems into effective management of psychosocial hazards remains a significant challenge.
This webinar will bring together leading practitioners to explore how large and complex organisations can embed psychological health and safety into existing business systems and decision-making processes.
Through practical examples and facilitated discussion, presenters will examine common implementation challenges, including governance, information sharing, role clarity, consultation, risk assessment, control effectiveness and measurement of outcomes. Presenters will also explore what effective psychosocial risk management could look like in practice for large organisations.
This session is designed for senior leaders, OHS professionals, HR practitioners and others responsible for driving psychological health and safety across large and complex workplaces.

Amy Salmon
Psychological Health Specialist, WorkSafe Victoria
Amy's team of Senior Psychological Health and Safety Specialists focus on prevention of psychological harm in Victorian workplaces. They provide specialist advice into the development of statutory guidance and legislation, as well as education, compliance and enforcement activities.
Amy has extensive experience consulting to organisations to identify risks to psychological health and safety, and to develop tailored solutions to control the identified risks. Amy has experience in the development and delivery of training programs and leadership coaching within both the public and private sector, and is passionate about creating psychologically healthy and safe workplaces.
Sonia Lindsay
Director, Lume Work
Sonia is an HR executive, researcher, and leadership thinker with over 30 years shaping people strategy and organisational culture across government, corporate, and not-for-profit sectors. She has led complex HR and industrial relations initiatives for Arts Centre Melbourne, Victoria Police, La Trobe University, and WorkSafe Victoria, bringing a systems-thinking approach to conflict resolution, organisational transformation, and high-performing team development.
A respected voice in organisational leadership, Sonia has served as a Board Director for the Melbourne Fringe Festival and Baptist Churches of Victoria and as an educator with the Victorian Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission. During COVID, she collaborated with government, unions, and community groups to design programs supporting bicultural workers, demonstrating her commitment to socially responsible and inclusive workplaces.
Recognised internationally for her thought leadership, Sonia was awarded a Visiting Fellowship at the Center for Theological Inquiry at Princeton in 2025. She is Chief Investigator on a global research project exploring how communities move from contempt to respect and leads LumeWork, a boutique consulting group within a national legal advisory practice, where she translates insight into actionable strategies for organisations seeking meaningful cultural and social impact.
Jade Deininger
National Mental Health Manager, Kmart Group
Jade is a registered psychologist and holds a Master of Organisational Psychology. She leads the development of enterprise-wide mental health strategies, psychosocial risk management programs, and governance frameworks that support psychologically safe and mentally healthy workplaces across retail, distribution, and corporate environments.
Jade works closely with leaders, safety professionals, and people teams to strengthen psychosocial risk management practices, build organisational capability, and create cultures where people can thrive at work. She is passionate about translating evidence-based approaches into practical actions that improve both worker wellbeing and business outcomes.
