Anita Forde

Manager Industry and Representation Support, Worksafe Victoria

Anita has more than a decade of experience improving workplace health and safety. She is passionate about empowering Health and Safety Representatives (HSRs) and promoting meaningful worker consultation as a key driver of safer workplaces. Anita works closely with workers, employers, and industry stakeholders to strengthen safety outcomes and foster positive safety cultures. She believes the best health and safety outcomes are achieved when workers have a voice and organisations work collaboratively to prevent harm.

Rosa Reynolds

Industry Liaison Officer, WorkSafe Victoria

Rosa has been an Industry Liaison Officer with WorkSafe for 4 years. She has a legal background and has spent much of her career working in dispute resolution and administrative law. Rosa works closely with both internal and external stakeholders to share information, discuss concerns, and promote compliance and best practice - particularly in matters relating to consultation and representation. She is part of the Industry and Representation Support team, which focuses on both enforcing OHS obligations related to representation, and supporting employers and HSRs to ensure representation is meaningful and effective.

Kim Eskildsen

Group Leader Representation Support Team, WorkSafe Victoria

Kim leads a dedicated team focused on supporting representation in all its forms. Prior to joining WorkSafe, Kim worked in several regulatory roles with a strong health and safety focus, including within the heavy vehicle industry and commercial fisheries. Kim strongly believes in the importance of clear communication, genuine consultation, and building trusted relationships. His educative approach to regulatory actions have supported the resolution of many complex health and safety concerns.
