This year’s Health and Safety Month theme, “Connect to Better Safety”, recognises that strong safety outcomes are built through meaningful connections. The Victoria Police HSR Breakfast brings together Health and Safety Representatives and leaders to share experiences, explore lessons learned, and highlight how collaboration, communication and mutual respect contribute to safer and healthier workplaces. Through practical case studies and discussion, participants will examine both challenges and successes in managing psychosocial hazards and fostering a positive safety culture.
