Providing feedback

Any stakeholder with relevant information may provide feedback to WorkSafe in relation to an employer's application for approval or renewal of approval as a self-insurer.

Feedback should be provided in accordance with WorkSafe's guidelines.

Stakeholders are invited to provide feedback specific to an employer's self-insurance application. Please send your feedback to [email protected].
