Hearing services for contracted provider fees effective from 15 June 2024
WorkSafe entered contracts commencing 15 June 2024 with hearing services practices following a public tender process. From 2025, applications to be a WorkSafe contracted hearing services practice are open twice per calendar year.
Contracted applications are now closed. Applications to be a contracted hearing service practice cannot be accepted outside of the application period.
You can only bill under the contracted hearing services fee schedule if you have had a successful application to be a contracted hearing practice.
Fees for contracted providers are commercial in confidence. Please contact your hearing service practice's contract manager for further details.
