Information about the personal and household support services provider search
- You will need a referral from your treating health practitioner to access these services. You will also need approval from your WorkSafe agent. Service providers may need a copy of your approval letter from your WorkSafe agent.
- WorkSafe agents can pay the reasonable costs of treatment provided for work-related injuries or illnesses in line with the Victorian workers compensation legislation.
- Payment for the reasonable costs of treatment does not always mean payment of the full cost. There may be a gap between what the provider charges and what your agent can pay as reasonable costs.
- Providers listed here are not endorsed by WorkSafe. They appear because they are registered for payment processing purposes.
- This directory does not provide a complete list of all providers. It is only intended to help as a starting point for your search.
- You can source your own provider that is not currently registered with WorkSafe. However, they must meet requirements to become registered with WorkSafe before payments can be processed.
- We recommend expanding your search beyond your postcode. Search results are based on the postcode where a provider’s business is registered, however they often service a wider area.
- You may find it helpful to use industry specific, peak bodies and association search tools to help find a suitable service or provider.
