Alex Finlay

Senior Ergonomist

Alex Finlay is a highly experienced physiotherapist and ergonomist with a strong focus on worker rehab and ergonomic assessments – especially in manufacturing and transport. Alex spent 7 years at Ford Motor Company, 20 years in private practice and the last 13 years at WorkSafe Victoria – 6 as a general inspector and now 7 years in his current role as a senior ergonomist.

Peter McCubbery

Senior Ergonomist / Inspector

Peter McCubbery is a senior ergonomist and inspector with over 20 years of experience at WorkSafe across various sectors including manufacturing, warehousing, transport, government, agriculture and retail.

Rachael Luck

Physiotherapist and Senior Ergonomist

Rachael is a physiotherapist and Senior Ergonomist within the Ergonomics and Human Factors Unit at WorkSafe Victoria. Rachael provides specialist knowledge and advice in the human factors and ergonomics (HFE) fields, participating in the identification of workplace interventions relevant to the management and prevention of musculoskeletal disorders and poor health outcomes.
