Monitoring services (on call): Register as a provider

Application

The following criteria will be used in the process for selection of providers for registration by WorkSafe to provide on-call monitoring services.

Requirements – qualifications and experience

Applicants must:

• complete the WorkSafe Application for registration to provide services to workers form
• provide signed documented current proof that on-call monitoring services will be provided in accordance with the Australian Standard for Personal Response Systems (AS-4607 – 1999) (the Australian Standard) and maintain accreditation against this standard
• provide written confirmation of a minimum of $5 million professional indemnity insurance coverage and a minimum of $5 million public liability insurance coverage with the initial application
• maintain at all times a minimum of $5 million professional indemnity insurance coverage and a minimum of $5 million public liability insurance coverage.

Registration can be maintained by the provider continuing to meet the registration criteria and any amendments to the criteria made by WorkSafe. WorkSafe reserves the right to audit providers to ensure compliance with all criteria and standards.
